Useless App

Purchased the device yesterday. Though I dis as per the steps insyruction manual. The device coukd not connect to the App. I get CONNECTION ERROR and then the app on my mobile device crashes.

It is a waste of money and not worth even to return it, because the travelling cost will br more than the item cost. No pther option other than throwing it away.
