Useless App

Purchased the device yesterday. Though I dis as per the steps insyruction manual. The device coukd not connect to the App. I get CONNECTION ERROR and then the app on my mobile device crashes. It is a waste of money and not worth even to return it, because the travelling cost will br more than the item cost. No pther option other than throwing it away.

App keeps closing on me

Every Time i go to click on the height to change it or strides the app kicks me out. Please fix this.

Connection issues

I have had the band and app for a few days now. It does everything I expected it to do, but will not continuously monitor an activity. The band stops transmitting after 5-10min. I then have to force connect it at the end of my run to see how I did, but it does not log the activity. I am assuming this is an issue with the band and not the app. The only reason I am rating the app 4 stars is because of the sleep tracking. It only monitors hours of sleep and not sleep cycles. I have an iPhone 5 and I have called the help line twice with no answers other than try reinstalling the app.

Meh

App worked great before update now I cant use it or it crashes instantly. Fix please

Do not buy this system

do not buy the GNC fitness system or use the app. The app is continuously crashing and there are no updates. When the app does not crash or force close or just not open at all it then will not recognize either the watch pedometer or the heart rate monitor take your pick its always one or the other. Do not waste your money you can get other systems for a lot less. The rest pedometer/watch was $99 and the heart rate monitor was 75 I am out almost $200 actually $200 after-tax. You would think if they were charging that much money for their system that GNC would stay on top of their fitness app. that is a lot of money for having a crappy fitness app that does not recognize or use the devices with which it supposed to be used.

Always crashing

Loved this product initially but no longer. App continuously crashes and loses previously stored data. Would not recommend.

Dead battery

App wont open when battery dies. You lose all records and start over.

NEEDS health app support / sync

Ive only just started using my activity tracker wristband and my first concern is that there is no support to sync data with Apple Health app.. this kinda makes this wristband USELESS to me. That means it ALSO wont sync data with all the other fitness apps. They REALLY need to sync data with Apple Health app without which this app and associated devices are of NO value. Are you going update this app to provide support?

Not work- not buy

The app crash and this is not a realtime app sync. Heart rate not wor for me and my wife have the same problem with this device.

Its Good but..

I just bought the wrist band today and it is very nice. The only downfall is that it doesnt display the date or heart rate but thats not a biggy. My only concern is the date lol. But other than that the watch is very nice. Although I do wish they added more to it like stop watch or timer.

Update it and fast

This really so far isnt worth it. The apps Info isnt the same as whats displayed on my band. For example yeaterday my band told me I walked 10,000 steps. If I look on the app for yesterdays date though, it says I walked 3000. I tried to manually sync it then it cleared all the data as if I sat unmoving all day. Fix it soon please or I return it for a real Fitbit.

Crap!!!

The device would not connect to my phone and the app is not supported on my tablet. Worthless device to go with a garbage app.

MapMyFitness

The app is supposed to connect with the MapMyFitness app. You should be able to share but every time I try to sync the accounts together, it says error. Very disappointing. Will give 5 stars if fixed though.

Just works ok.

The app just works ok. I have an iPhone 6 and its still super laggy. The app also disconnects from the band during sleep after 2 hours. I wake up and it says it disconnected at so an so time. Its frustrating. So all of my sleep charts show I only had sleep for 2 hours. The only thing reliable is the alarm function. It does great.

Not impressed

Battery life is horrible. Band frequently disconnects from app during sleep time. Cant review any other options because Ive already stopped wearing the piece of junk.

Like it but needs improvement

I like this app but I wish it had 2 things. 1) the ability to allow me to manually input the number of hours I sleep. Only works through the app but what if you forget to set the timer? 2) the ability to sync your results with the iOS Health app. That way I dont have to input the results by hand.

Like it except the military time

I got it today and I have been trying to figure out how to change the time to regular time. Im on the east coast of the U.S. Then I realized I CANT change the time. And its not even the actual time in military time!! I need help on how to get this straightened out.

App is bad, Band is bad

This app has several problems. The UI is clunky and outdated, it looks like it hasnt been updated in years. The band doesnt stay connected to the phone for more than a few minutes. The display on the band is tiny and the design is clunky. Dont try and save money by buying this thing. Spend the extra couple bucks and get a Fitbit or a similar product.

annoying

it says that you can use mapmyfitness but every time I try to log in using the share button it wont let me log in. I also have the mapmyfitness app and it wont let me connect my device to it

Hmm

Ive only had it for two days but I think Im going to take band back to store. It keeps saying cant connect bc device not found and its sitting right by my phone.
